What is the attire for the event?

We invite you to dress in your best red, white, or blue cocktail attire!

Can I use cash for purchases on the night of the event?

We prefer to add your credit card upon check-in (if you don’t do so when purchasing your ticket) so that you can focus on enjoying the evening without worrying about reaching for your wallet. However, we will accept cash if that’s your preferred method of payment.

How can I bid on silent auction items at the event?

You’ll receive emails and text messages leading up to the event with instructions on how to participate in the silent auction. We can also add your number the night of the event to ensure you receive updates on your bids. Signage and QR codes will be available in the silent auction area, as well.

Can I make a  donation?

Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

An emailed receipt will be sent to you almost immediately after you make a donation to our campaign through our website and within 48 hours after the event when your card is processed for any purchases made the night of the event.

How will my donation be used?

We are a leading cancer-fighting organization with a vision to end cancer as we know it, for everyone. We are improving the lives of people with cancer and their families as the only organization combating cancer through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer. All funds raised through our Triad Red, White & Blue Party support these efforts.
